Morning all as I do every day I read through all the posts I have done this today and I am in some what of a quandary..

dear friends we are all in much the same boat with variations. Inexplicably I am just bemused - it is me of course cannot seem to locate the brain today, not sure where I left it. I feel rather like a wall flower at a ball the world seems to swimming faster than me. I am sure that with a little patience I will find the bits I need so I am going to go back to bed and start again. Some times you have to.......then I will return and resume the caucus race. smile and hugs xgins

Hope you feel better when you get up again gins. Bit off myself this morning, terrible pain in the back of my neck and head, feels like a hangover...I wish those days are long gone, more likely my exercise regime yesterday, but we must carry on...hope we have a good afternoon x

Hope you all feel better soon. I'm having a good day after Monday's hospital treatment, but my whole family, even the fella, have gone down with various ailments, so I'm being 'Matron' today!
