The problem with palates is that you have to hold a position for a period of time, this is not good for muscles and tendons of FM sufferers. Any exercise routine for FM sufferers should start very basic ie ankle rolls, knee bends, leg lifts, arm lifts and I mean this basic. You should aim to do the same amount each day, not exhaust your self on day one and then suffer for the rest of the week.. Hope this helps. Start with 5 mins per day of basics.
