Please help spread the word.

Tomorrow the Labour party have secured a debate reference the changes the coalition have made to benefits that affect disabled people. Hopefully it will lead to a vote to demand a Cumulative Impact Assessment of all the welfare benefit changes (eg ESA, PIP, etc ) combined by October 2013 at the latest. It is important that the effects of the changes are shown and known and any necessary changes are put into effect as soon as possible.

MPs of all parties are becoming aware of problems faced by disabled constituents but they still need to be reminded that every vote counts come election time.

Please send an email to your MP, regardless of Party, asking them if they will attend & support the need for this Assessment - you can get templates here on Sue Marsh's Diary of a Benefit Scrounger Blog: Examples of MP letters diaryofabenefitscrounger.bl... - they might help you decide what to say to your MP

My MP has pledged his support please try & persuade yours too.
