And this research which seems to support Myofascial Release Therapy is therefore now quite useful and relevant too. But then we always knew that....didn't we?

Perhaps if they dished this out instead of CBT and anti-depressants a) it would cost a lot less for the NHS to treat FM b) they would have more success and c) far more people would be in control of their symptoms...... just a thought

very exciting i wish they would test me. everything has flared up at the moment fibro, arthritis, tummy problems, ibs and diverticulosis, headaches that don't go awaay, spasms and cramp evewn in my fingers, spasms in my throat. docotrs dont believe wot the hell. get me to the states. yet our government said in 2000? that it was a very real condition and not all in our heads, yet talk about it with medical staff i.e fibro and they ignore. ime waffling on now cos i havent a clue wot ime going on about sorry folks. als i keep saying is weve got to laugh or we'd cry! love to all fibromites out there x
