Has anyone read the Long Covid research by Cambridge university.

They did a trial with a group of suffers. The whole group took a vitamin supplement. Multi phytonutrient complex by Viridian. Then half the group took a pro biotics. Lactobacillius Acidophilus by Oxford Vitality. The whole group made good progress but those who included the pro biotics made a significant improvement.

So I thought it was worth a try even though I haven't had covid.

Wow, what a transformation, it's only been a week so may be early days but I have far less pain and so much more energy.

I take the supplement in the morning and the pro biotics with my main meal.

Today I have watered the whole garden, done some weeding, stacked a wood shed, been out for lunch with friend's and done some shopping. Haven't been able to fit that much into one day for years ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

It was a report written by the BBC, they spoke to a Paramedic who had been off work for 14months with long Covid but after being on this trial at Adenbrooks hospital he was back at work in 2 weeks๐Ÿ˜ฎ

It was on the BBC and it was a paramedic who had been on the Adenbrooks hospital trial. He had been off work for 14 months with long Covid but after starting these supplements he was back at work in two week's. We found the exact same supplements on Amazon.๐Ÿ˜Š

Hi there broadfield,Cant thank you enough for coming on and sharing this piece of info!!

I've just jumped onto amazing like you say and I've bought both, they will arrive tomorrow and I actually can't wait to try them out.

I'm at the stage and have been for a while where I will try anything (that's safe to do so) so when I read your article my wee face lit up instantly!!!! Also when on purchasing both those vitamins I also got myself spray bottle of vitamin b12 too which aids energy, concentration and memory, the revieslws for that are amazing too.

I've had covid 3 times, been left with long covid, idiopathic peripheral neuropathy, fybromyagia and also MGUS, I've went from working 40 hours a wee as a yield specialist to can't even stay awake for a morning or afternoon, being so tired can't shower or go downstairs and that's not even to touch apon the pain, so thank you for the info again.

Come this time tomorrow I will be actively trying both the recommendations.

Take care and stay safe now.

All my love LC xxxx

Oh goodness me, you have been through the mill. I was like you worked full time and bring up my little ones single handed as hubby was at sea. That was 26years ago!!! I have been a mess since and then I get Covid๐Ÿ˜ฎ I have got all my fingers and toes crossed that these supplements bring you some relief. I'm 66 now and just feel like I might be getting my life back. Like you say, anything that is safe is worth a shot.๐Ÿ˜Š

Sorry it took so long but I have been away clearing out my mum's flat. Something I couldn't have done a month ago๐Ÿ˜

Are you having the Viridian supplement as well as the YourGut+ as I'm on both at the min ? Happy days if just the Viridian as it's not so cheap having both.

Broadfield in reply to Themanwithnoname

Oh yes ๐Ÿ‘. I'm on both and after 26years of ME and Fibro I now feel I'm getting my life back๐Ÿ˜ Have just spent a week at my mum's flat sorting through her life and deciding what can go to the nursing home and what has to go. It's been hard physically and emotionally but I'm home now and still standing even though I have cried buckets ๐Ÿ˜ข. I just wish more people would give it a try. I'm disappointed that the response has been so small as I am such a happy bunny, even my brother is on them, he has a struggle with mental health but is feeling much better in just a week.๐Ÿ˜Š

Ty. I'm similar cant quite believe how much better i feel. Blood pressure is high today but that's the first time since being on these supplements. But overall zest for life is back so appreciate you sharing this with us. I get it as been along journey and just a shame these supplements were not recommended sooner as i said in a previous post we don't realise how ill we are and the Dr's who we put blind faith in don't no all the answers.

Long may it continue

Im a few days in and could be coincidence, placebo effect or the supplements are helping . But for the past 2 + months i have not felt human until around midday . Like a zombie in fact but now i feel alive. Still processing in my own head to be honest at it was fatigue and not just being tired. Only managing to get the very basics done in a day. Not sure if I've had covid in the past and have swerved the jabs so be interesting to see what happens over the coming months. But for now can onlys say positive things about the supplements.

ยฃ40 i have read to see if you have had covid so if anyone knows of getting it cheaper much appreciated.

Plus appreciate you putting up this thread as i was starting to sink into depression again.

There is hope

I hope you continue to feel alive again like myself. My husband says I'm like a different person๐Ÿ˜… I recommend them to my brother , who does not have Fibro or ME and had not has Covid but suffers with mental health problems, after a week he is feeling more alive and more positive!!! I can't believe the improvement in myself and just wish I had heard of these years ago but hey, better late than never๐Ÿ˜€ Good luck for the future, I wish you the best of health๐Ÿ˜Š

Ditto to you. I don't think we realise how ill we are at times. My blood pressure is now normal and i have a bit of go about me. Typical bloke i would not ring the DR. Saying that since the pandemic it's hard work. First you have to get past reception then a paramedic at the surgery rings you to decide if they can help or they will get the Dr to ring you. Fun and games but least im happy still being in the game.

Hope if any others have positive results they share with us

I saw somewhere that drinking Bay leaf tea help to lower blood pressure and cholesterol also it levels out blood sugar. I have been drinking this and it's very pleasant. I put a few cracks in six leaves, put them in a small pan, cover with water and simmer for about 10 mins, leave to cool then tip into a jug and top up with cold water. I get through a jug a day as I don't like tea and only drink coffee till mid day.

My brother calls me a bit of an alternative person!!๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

I can't tell you how bad I'm feeling today, I could weep with the pain. I've ordered the suggested supplements from Amazon but they will take a couple of days to arrive. So fingers crossed I'll feel well enough to update in a week or two after taking them. I can hardly wait - it's uplifting just to have hope, isn't it? Thankyou for sharing Broadfield.
