AN ANGEL IN DISGUISE
that is great xxx
Hi Pond it is great news , but you are selling YOURSELF short here ... You did 3 years of writing your case .... And pushing for the benefits you deserve ... If you got your award after just that one phonecall. Then all the evidence YOU gathered over the years was what the decision was based on. So you should be praising yourself for writing and gathering all the evidence that stated you needed the award you got

Wow so pleased for you my social worker shall be representing me at my tribural I have to gather my evidence post them away 7 days before my date when given any tips on what I need I have kept hospital stay letters appointment letters and letters written from social work my mental health doc and my specialists is that enough do you think grateful for info on this thanks gentle hugs x
Please don't wait for the seven days. I did that and was told at my tribunal that they did not have the medical reports that I'd sent. Good job I took copies with me.
And when you send the documents, send them to the clerk of the tribunal where it's taking place, not the main office which was Birmingham for me (I live in London). Was not told till the day thay I could do that in order for them to recieve the documents and have time to look at them. Was awarded high rate mobility and had to reapply for care elements. Was eventually awarded low rate care.
