NOT ENTITLED TO E.S.A.!

got my letter today and been refused ESA.

I am so worried that they are stopping my benefits on the 20th June.

I am going to appeal.

But the stress from it all has set a flare up.

I have been on the phone to all different departments and my stress level is getting higher and higher.

I have had enough!

Been told I have to go and get sick notes to send with my appeal, this means getting an appointment with my doctor which is nearly impossible.I have only a month to appeal sometimes it can take that long to get an appointment to see my doctor!

If you have been off sick before, it may be possible to get a sick note by telephoning the doctor and explaining. I only have to wait a week at the most to see my doctor - I am sure if you explain the urgency they will help you.

Hi mub40

I feel so sorry for everyone when I read how hard it is to get appointments with their GPs. How silly to have to wait till 1st July.

Glad you got appointment and you never know you might be better with someone new.

My GP is wonderfull country practice and still have open surgery everyday for 1 hour in the morning its brilliant and I wont change my GP for nothing when I hear of what you are all going through.

Good luck for tomorrow

Please ask CAB they can really help support you during this time and represent you well cause im going through exactly the same thing now Id say all the wrong things in the wrong way. When Sue my advocate read my case finding from the interviewee she had wrote it like I have a wonderful purposeful day that would make it look like im well, you see yes I can do thing s but not for long I have to pace myself even to cook a Sunday dinner for my family I prepare the night before like cook and carve the meat stuffing balls and Yorkers. I have lower back problems that weaken my legs which have left me with severe flat feet and slowly crippling legs that are painful most of the day, I loose consciousness to at least twice a week and sometimes more from exhaustion. I cant walk far with out stopping regularly all the way until even when I stop im till in a lot of pain I can hardly walk( cause my dog needs this lol he's my bit of my normal life I have so hang on to him) As for raising my shoulders this is so variable it can change in the day as to can then cannot. As for focus and memory well I use my phone to remember app. and generally anything paced in my day. I don't think and employer would be looking for a forgetful unreliable have to take to many breaks employee that wouldn't be able to work to any pressure due to the stress levels that would increase in not only me but team members who would be paid the same to do their jobs and help me do mine. So please ring the CAB and get supported, I believe my advocate Sue is using section 35 or something to help its a WAC doc and basically is a compassionate pleas for those that would be affected in their illness through work. Good luck .
