I tried varying positions . No not to sleep there is only one for me flat on my back.

The positions were actually outside (Kinky) 1. prone full length on the floor trouble was I could not get back horizontal with out a great deal of huffing and puffing followed by a 20min rest. 2. On a chair bending forward from the waist 3. Kneeling oh not for long 4, sitting on my bottom 5. standing..........

Why well to encourage one or two weeds to leave my garden - did it work - well there is a bag of weedy rubbish and trimmings for the dump. Has to be the dump bag - as it is full of ground elder (bishops weed to most of us). Wretched plant tangles through everything. That was yesterday today my knees back fingers and varying other bits are protesting but it did actually really cheer me up I did not think \i would be able to do any this year so I have sore bite but also a big smiley face

I am now plotting what to do today~~~~~~~~~~~~~ any ideas please xgins

I spent yesterday supervising OH and son inbetween winning F1 on my mobilty scooter .... The organisers were so mortified the race actually had a live delay on it so I could be edited out..... Points to trophy... As proof.... We had put wild bird seed out last year and the front garden was not the best place to put it.. The birds scattered it and after OH had mown the lawns I pointed out the the long tall plants he was carefully cultivating were actually wheat... I kid you not they had started to ripen .... I made him remove them and the garden looks a lot tider...

Back garden is now perfect .....

What to do today gins

Well I am getting out my new book and I am gong to be reclining in the conservatory reading ....

If you are stuck for ideas and stuck in one position please get your OH to deliver you to my bungalow so I can use you as footstool / low table .....
