Reconsideration been made on my appeal against decision to place me in WRAG and have been placed in SUPPORT GROUP.

Well in total shock as received letter stating above today. Just to recap was migrated from IB to ESA and placed in WRAG without medical March 2013. Sent off appeal form GL24 with covering letter. Then requested all info they had on me ,both paper and computer, and got this back towards end of April. Found that a nurse in Scotland had decided that within 18 months i would be fit to work and put me in WRAG and no score sheet. So I gathered as much supporting evidence i could and sent this off on 7th May and stated would be sending more evidence once I received it. So don't know if supporting evidence and my letter heped in them changing their decision. So if you are appealing send off, recorded, any further evidence you have as you get it and don't hold on to it waiting to see if a reconsideration is made in you favour.

I really wasn't expecting this and was preparing as if going to appeal. Hope this helps others who aren't sure if to appeal or not.

Theres hope then not on here much at mo as im getting stressed by worrying what will happen to me in july! I just dont understand how people can get away with the way they treat us. If it was a pet or child it would be totally different. Its the fact we are helpless against it that is so sickening xx
