Day 14 lovely xx yes I think I’ll wait… if I can haha. Been having some funny symptoms but don’t know if it’s just meds… xx

I would test but that’s just me.

I’ve done both- tested early with a negative and waiting till otd

I think with the cycles I waited with I knew it hadn’t worked anyways

My successful cycle I tested 6 days past.

6 days past wow! I did actually test from day 2 LOL and then day 3 and 4 but then I stopped! I am scared of seeing a negative! I knew day 2,3,4 was too early so it didn’t bother me seeing a negative but I don’t know if I can cope now! I seem to have some funny symptoms today. Like lower back pain for sure on and off, a burning stomach feeling (no idea what that’s about!) had it yesterday too and a burning feeling in my lower back… also some weird very quick but SHARP pain down there in the vaginal area - this happened the other day and this morning. Like a quick 1 second shooting sharp pain.

Anyone else experience this? Xxx

Yeah I did

On my last and only successful cycle I had low back pain which I never had before

From about days 6

It’s really hard at this stage !

Maybe wait and just enjoy being pupo 😊

I tested positive 6dp3dt, it was a very faint line (day 3 transfer). Then the next day I could see the faint line clearly.

If it was a day 5 transfer, then it is equivalent to 4dp5dt.

But I guess everyone is different, because implantation can happen a day or two later. But by day 7 you should definitely see something.

My rationale was if I tested early and it was negative I had to carry on meds knowing it most likely hadn’t worked but trying to cling on to hope. If it was positive I’d be worrying it was a chemical and would be negative on test day. Good luck 🍀

Wait! It will either be negative which will upset you or it will be faint and you will be paranoid about line progression. Take the extra worry away!

don’t test until test day. Symptoms vary from person to person, progesterone mimics pregnancy/period symptoms. And sometimes lack of symptoms doesn’t mean you are out. Crack on with life like you normally would and deal with the outcome when you know for sure. If you test now a negative would really make the next few days harder and a positive will be filled with anxiety on line professionals, HCG levels etc. (mind you I found pregnancy very very difficult- just the continuous worry of it will go full term etc and now it’s the worry of she breathing in her sleep) what I am trying to say is dont rush the worrying part…if you don’t have to just yet!

I am so impressed by those of you who have the strength to wait! I tested daily from 3dpt (and know I always would). It is mostly due to insane impatience and lack of general chill, but also because with my two early losses, the positive was very late, which I know for me is a bad sign, so I want it as data as well. I completely understand the rationale for waiting, and can see it is a good decision for many. Whatever you decide, wishing you all the luck 🩷

I’ve always had a result by day 8 if it’s negative by then always still the same by test day. If positive I have seen a line by then.

The clinics just make up a test a test day that works for them, it’s your body, your pee you test whenever suits you as it won’t change the outcome and there is defo no prizes for waiting or not waiting, so really what works for you!

update: thank you all for your replies! I have decided to wait! Until test day! I cannot cope if it was negative and it will definitely make the last week wait more stressful for me and bring me down! It is better to wait and I appreciate all your replies xxxx

It is hard lovely! I know! I feel the same. But I get some peace from NOT doing a test too early. What symptoms have you been having? Xx
