This is my second transfer, official test day tomorrow. Clinic doesn't do betas, and I have to wait until tomorrow to report the positives to then book in viability scan. But I think you'd call these almost dye stealers?? Anyway hoping it sticks. Last transfer was a chemical πŸ˜”

The clear blue looks good! I would say maybe check in a couple of days and use another pink dye one to check the progression to ensure it is getting darker, I would definitely recommend first response!Congratulations lovely, keeping my fingers crossed for you xxx

I didn't think it could get get darker. The left line is the test line, it think it's as dark as it could get but I could be wrong

The clear blue one won't get any darker, they can't be use to see progression as they always look the same, but the pink ones you can. If you are unsure, as I was, checking progression really gives you a good picture of how the pregnancy is progressing. All the best lovely xx

Not true about clear blue they definitely get lighter/ darker! But also I think you’re looking at the wrong line on the pink one- the test line is a dye stealer!

From day 7 PET the clear blue looked exactly the same that the one I did on day 14 PET so there wasn't any chance for me, even tho that the other tests showed a clear progression. And yes you are right, I am looking at the wrong line on the other test! Never seen a test where the test line is so light....

Ah i see! I tested from 7dpt and saw a good progression on clearblue as it was initially very faint and then got stronger and eventually became an almost dye stealer, so must be different for different people. But yes the pink ones show progression much more obviously- I just couldn’t get hold of early response tests anywhere when I was testing.

Tests look great, congrats!

Could you perhaps find somewhere that you could get a couple of betas done? I found betas helped to ease my mind more than pregnancy tests

I've booked an early pregnancy scan to make sure it's in the right place etc on 20th. No scan with clinic until 4th March 😫

That is such a long wait :/

Honestly, for reassurance for yourself try and book betas in 48 hours apart. You may have somewhere close to you that do this. In terms of a scan, I would recommend getting scanned around 6.5-7 weeks pregnant, again you can always find somewhere else privately that will scan you so you’re not having to wait so long!

It really is. It said between 2 and 4 weeks later for the viability scan so was kinda hoping for the two weeks mark. Wishful thinking πŸ˜… thank you I'll look into it
