Quick question did you have any symptoms? Before the test ?

Thank you 🙏 I had lots of symptoms but I'm not sure whether those are from progesterone pessaries or pregnancy symptoms. 1dp5dt to 3dp5dt I was down from fever, throat soreness & cold. 7dp5dt to 9dp5dt I had light headedness and from 9dp5dt till now I'am having on & off cramping sometimes it's lower left abdomen, sometimes right, stomach pulling sensation & having lots of leg cramps. I was literally spotting my symptoms and also frequency of pee increased.

I didn't had blood tests but directly ultrasound and pregnancy confirmed.
