steroids - NK Cells

my clinic are dubious on the use of steroids post transfer. I went to Greece and carried out advanced testing resulting in a result of high NK Cells. My Consultant has said although she won’t prescribe them, she has had patients who have sourced them themselves. Does anybody know how I can go about this?

I will also be on hydroxychloroquine as per my Greek clinics instruction. I already have these as sourced them in Greece. They told me to take for 6 weeks before transfer, has anybody else had success doing this then going onto steroids post transfer?

TIA, xx
