Advice needed please 🙏

Hi so a bit about me:34 years old (both myself and partner)

MF issues 1st test morphology <2% and 2nd test everything borderline

Myself AMH was lower end of normal

(These tests were done at age 32)

Started IVF ICSI the start of this year:

18 follicles

10 eggs

6 embryos

None tested

First fresh failed

FET 1 didn't thaw and 1 failed transfer

Preparing for 2nd FET (3rd transfer overall)

Changes : adding aspirin (myself) and steroids and estrogen patches this time as opposed to tablets.

Unchanged:

Tinzaparin/inhexa (blood thinning injections)

Progesterone - 1x lubion injection and 3x cyclogest

Now previously have taken the cyclogest rectally. Can I do it where I'm doing some rectally and some vaginally? Or should I opt for vaginally this time

What should I do post transfer?

Tips for pre/post

Hi. Post transfer. Drink plenty of water and a little exercise go for a walk see if you need to have a blood thinner or eat some pineapple core that is believed to prevent clotting and ensure blood circulation obviously I wish you well keeping my fingers crossed.. Diane

Hi,

I followed a doctor from Harvard that she recommend after transfer to spend the first 3-5 days from the bed to the sofa to a chair and keep moving like that,,,,. Basically totally relax and lots of movies and not hard work.

Also I put vaginal probiotics one month before transfer to have good bacteria

All the best on that transfer!
