We had a double transfer in September, and found out yesterday at an 8 week scan that one of our embryos has stopped growing.
I felt very nauseas on Monday and Tuesday, but it seems to have passed now. Is that normal? I’m assuming the HCG will have dropped as now only one embryo?
I’m getting very worried and anxious about it all, second embryo is growing well but sac is one week behind. So overthinking everything now and expecting the worst for that one too.
Thanks all

I just wanted to say my best friend lost one twin embryo but her other one is now 6!
I also wanted to say I posted on here at 8 weeks because I lost all my symptoms and also started brown spotting. They came back again eventually, and my daughter is now 18 months. I know its very easy to fear the worst, and nothing I can say will stop you worrying, but I just wanted you to know it can all be ok, and I think it's quite normally for 'symptoms' to fluctuate.
Hi lovely I’m so sorry for what you are going through I lost one of my twins around 9 weeks my son is now 1 yrs old now
Yes it is normal to feel a bit sick and then it passes
Your body will absorb the embryo mine was still there at my 12 nhs scan so can take weeks .
My son was sometimes behind then sometimes he wasn’t I felt like you scared I was going to lose the other one I lost count on how many private scans I had but he was fine thank god .
So please just take care of your self lovely the embryo you have is still growing that is a really good sign make sure your eating lots of protein and nuts and beetroot juice it’s a natural blood thinner
