Hey! I’m considering starting to take coq10. I am looking into trying in around a years time so just trying to prepare body as much as I can before nature does it’s thing! I have no reason currently to believe I won’t conceive naturally- so should i only be taking this if i struggle to conceive or is it a good thing for me to take to help stand the best chance? All hormoanss in normal range- AMH level 16.9PMOL (would have liked it higher but can’t change that, 30 years old also). Any other supplements anyone recommends that helped them? Thank you!

My clinic prescribed it even when I wasn’t doing ivf as it is supposed to help improve egg quality. So doesn’t seem like it would hurt! It’s also recommended to take a prenatal a few months before trying to build up those nutrients in your body.
