Hi everyone, I have done 5 FET transfers with donor eggs and had one chemical pregnancy and four negative results. I am at a new clinic now exploring possible immune issues that may need to be treated prior to moving forward with another transfer.
In the past we had one excellent 3AA grade blastocyst that failed and three other graded as good quality that also failed. I selected frozen eggs from two different proven donors for this last IVF attempt and of 10 eggs fertilized with PICSI we now have 7 blastocysts frozen, but they are two "average" grades (4BB) blastocysts, and the rest are "poor" grades with four (4CB) day 5 blastocysts, one 4BC day 6 blastocyst, and two 4CC day 6 blastocysts. My husband's sperm count was low at 5 million that day and there are male factor issues with less than 2 % normal morphology so I'm so worried that while we do have a high number of blastocysts that the quality is very poor. I'm reading that poor quality embryos have a very low implantation rate, and are more likely to be aneuploid. I would love to hear it anyone else has had success with two average BB or poor embryos CB or CC?

Hello 😊 Mine were my own eggs but I had a 4bb and a 4bc transferred at the end of July which ended up positive, just waiting on my early scan to check all is well and to see if one or both of them have stuck ✨ before this I had three previous transfers with top grade embryos and they were all BFN, so grade doesn't always matter!
My clinic said to me if they're good enough to freeze they're good enough to transfer/ implant which helped shift my mindset a lot when I was worried about some of the lower grade ones. Good luck xx
Thinking of you and sending you good luck for the future As the previous post says if they are good enough to freeze they must be good enough to transfer /implant
Thank you for taking the time to read and reply to my long post. Trying to stay positive and good reminder that if clinic chose to freeze these embryos -they must have a chance. Sending you also positive thoughts and best wishes on your journey. All of us have to be strong to continue on this really hard road of IVF. For me, this forum has been a great source of support.
