Is it implantation?

We had a baby girl 2 years ago after our third round of IVF and 6 years of trying. Since then we've just said we'd just roll the dice and if we got pregnant again cool but if not we'd just get on with our lives because we were both so tired of how much TTC took up our lives.

Anyway, old habits die hard and I still track my cycle and when we DTD, more out of habit than anything. I'm about 10 days from my period, about a week ago I had lots of ewcm and we happened to DTD. The last three days I've had pink spotting. I didn't get implantation bleeding with my daughter. Is this implantation bleeding or something else? I don't think I ovulated early. I have taken up strength training, could this be just an over-exertion? I'm not lifting heavy weights though, the heaviest is 7kg. Thoughts?

It's so hard to say as everyone is different and it could be a range of things. However hoping and wishing is also allowed and lovely things do happen. Try to keep your mind off it until your period is due. Driving yourself nuts is a possibility in this ttc world and it's no fun at all! Fingers crossed for you, you will know soon one way or the other!
