Starting donor egg treatment

So after a long and difficult journey we are now starting with donor eggs with a Spanish clinic. From my blood results (TSH) I have been advised to take an over the counter iodine supplement - does anyone have any recommendations of which brand and what strength? I have asked them if a brand I found on Amazon is okay and if I should take one or two tablets a day but they have simply replied to say to check with a pharmacist. I have contacted my consultant over here but am waiting to hear back. Any advice or experience welcome. Thank you x
