frozen embryo transfer long protocol

hello after my egg retrieval i have started bleeding today . I called the clinic and they have called me in for a scan on the 18th . And will give me any medications then .

Can anyone walk me through the process what am i expecting? I have pcos so hopefully I don’t ovulate before then? What happens if i have ovulated? Will the cycle still go ahead?

How many days of injections do i take? Ive never had a long protocol just the short protocol . How long are we looking at from start to finish?
