i do feel alone sometimes as im going through ivf as a single mum but I have no one i can talk to or relate too

Going through IVF can feel extremly lonely, even if you have people to talk to and people who support you... I can't even imagine how difficult it must be doing it all on your own...I hope being on this forum help you to feel less alone and get support! It helped me so much!

I'm in the single mothers by choice Facebook group and it is brilliant, any little query then you can ask others, numbers have been shared for fertility counsellors and I've seen women offering to meet up and have a chat/coffee with any women in their area who feel alone. There is so much love and warmth in the group.

I have no family to discuss this with or to have support from, so it's just my friends but they haven't done IVF so even the ones with babies cannot relate, it's only my friend in Oz who did IVF and went DD who really gets it.

So seek out virtual support from online groups, it definitely helps x
