Should I be worried I haven't had any of this? I had my transfer 3 days ago and I've felt nothing, but I've read implantation occurs 1-2 days after transfer. If I felt nothing does it mean it hasn't worked? Or am I being paranoid?

Implantation pain/bleeding

I’ve only had some twinges here and there, also hoping that all will be well! xx
Everyone is different and implantation bleeding is not that common either. I hope everything goes fine
Not every women bleeds during implantation, plus implantation could occurs between day 2-5 as everyone's body is different and it's also dependent on wether it was a 3 day or 5 day transfer.
Most women do bleed but not all as everyone's body is different.
Stay strong and rest loads.
I never got any implantation bleeding or symptoms and I am now 26 weeks, try not to worry and good luck xx

That makes me feel better! Thank you
Don't worry i didn't have anything until 5 weeks. Was convinced it hadn't worked x
I think everyone is different. I had shooting pains but I think that was from EC rather than implantation. I definitely didn’t have any bleeding. And I got my BFP. Good luck!
