Early bleed before FET?

Hi all, hope everyone is hanging in there. I am preparing for a medicated FET #3. The first didn’t stick and second ended up as a MMC in March at 7weeks. I had one normal bleed in between and in preparation for FET #3 my doctor put me on microgynon. I started the microgynon on 15 May and should have gotten my bleed in a week but I started spotting over the weekend, heavier than normal but not a regular period. My clinic booked me in for a scan this morning and the sonographer said my lining looks around day 6 post bleed (around 5.7mm width). Has this happened to anyone before? I know with FET everything is timed so precisely from day 1 of your period so I’m worried this early bleed has thrown off the timing of our FET. Has anyone had the same experience and still gone ahead as planned?

Thanks Janet. The clinic said I should stop microgynon and wait for my bleed in the next day or two, but the sonographer said my lining was already appearing as if I was day 6 of my bleed so just a bit concerned! But I’ll follow the clinic’s directions!
