Make sure taking folic acid 400mcgs daily - Vit D - C and E Ask clinic if they can suggest any supplements for you such as L-Arginine - Ubiquinol Healthy diet containing wholemeal bread - pasta - brown rice and oatmeal All fresh fruit and veg esp raw or steamed as overboiling can reduce vit content All fruit - honey ,beans , pulses Hard cheese- nuts seeds -sweetcorn - sweet potatoes Extra virgin oil or sunflower oil Chicken - fish [ mackerel ,sardines . Avoid too much sugar , processed foods , ready meals, butter Drink plenty of clear fluids and try to reduce caffeine intake [ fruit teas and other low -caffeine drinks ]

Good luck for the future
