hey there any success stories. I went for transfer today we had x2 6cell embryos transferred. I have never made it to tranfer before so a little clueless on the grading system. Trying to not focus on the grading too much as I know even the best quality embryos sometimes still don’t make it. But nice to hear some positive outcomes

transfer day
Hey, I'm guessing these were day 3 embryos? The grading system is really quite 'loose'. I opted for PGT-A testing and a 4AA blastocyst (which is considered good quality) was abnormal while some of the more poorly graded blastocysts came out as normal. I've heard plenty of stories from my consultant about them putting back embryos graded 2CC, which they didn't expect to work, that resulted in a healthy baby. I think the stats show that the better the grade, the greater the success rate. But grading is just one indicator. Hope this helps! X
Thanks so much really hoping this is the one been such a long and exhausting process
It's an exhausting journey for sure. I'm 14 weeks pregnant now (we did ICSI due to my partner's low sperm count), but it took awhile to get here. If you're from Newcastle you live up the road from me - happy to chat if you ever want advice on what we did and what clinic we used 🙂
Thanks very much ❤️

I totally agree please don’t go in to grading too much and always hope for best please. 🙏
