Everything went well after EC on Monday the 20th. I'm very grateful for that even though with each step we make I realise that there's still some way to go. Last call we got from embryologist was on Wednesday, we were told that we have 7 Embryos... they are all at different stages but luckily 4 are doing great! They don't do grading apparently.
I'm booked in for Saturday morning embryo transfer.
Anyway can anyone who got a BFP tell me what your diets were like after Transfer?
Which supplements you were taking or were advised to take?
Any advice at all is so welcome.
Have a great weekend ahead everyone ✨

Good luck for tomorrow morning Hope, How are you holding up. I'm finding it exciting one minute and daunting the next. I'm sure by tomorrow I'll be calm... I hope! You will be in my thoughts, and do let me know how you get on as well xxx
Thanks and good luck to you too. It’s been 4 months since the last (and only) transfer so I’m excited to get one on board. I’m more anxious about the quality of the embryo and whether it will actually stick. I know that one of the 3 Frosties is most likely my baby, I’m just impatient to be pregnant and know that it’s unlikely to happen with the first transfer but you never know! If your clinic don’t give gradings then hopefully you won’t have any of these anxieties about embryo quality after tomorrow!
Congratulations on reaching this stage and with such brilliant numbers!! I really hope my first round is as sucessful as yours. I'm sure some of the amazing women on this forum will have loads of advice for you!! I'm eager to hear too.
Sorry Emma, I got my replies mixed up... yup only I could do such a thing! I hope and pray your journey goes very well too. Thank you for your kind thoughts and words xxx
Hi there, I'm not on IVF yet but for past 8 months planning on it.... I just want to wish you good luck for your success. The feeling during the whole procedure is very well articulated in your post... I belive you've reached this far then soon you'd have the little bundle of joy as well... everythings gonna be okay.
Hey lovely. Hope everything goes smoothly tomorrow after transfer, basically follow a pregnancy diet - you know, not too much caffeine, avoid undercooked meat and soft cheese... When I happily got my BFP Dr also put the fear of God into me about gestational diabetes and told me to avoid too much sugar and eat whole grain rather than simple carbs which I hadn't heard before related to pregnancy. Also, the progesterone can leave you constipated so plenty of fibre and drink lots of water. Best of luck lovely xxx
We're doing great thanks hon, feeling very well physically but anxiety about the future is setting in as we get closer to the end - pretty normal I expect. Again, all the best for transfer xxx
Oh how exciting, good luck I will be thinking about you. I had a slice of pineapple with core a day, I was like I know it's a myth but hey worth trying anything😅 I also ate plenty of fruit and veg and strictly gluten free as I have Hashimoto's. Defo no coffee and tea.
I have also cooked massive pan of traditional Polish chicken broth which is super healthy. Bought the most expensive Waitrose chicken and organic vegetables. It lasted 2 days and I am convinced embaby loved it😂❤️
Thank you so much for your advice to me. I'm going grocery shopping with hubby this evening and I'm actually looking forward to it. I hope you're well and taking it easy too xxx
I have my ET tomorrow morning too. I can't wait until it is over and get a break from hospital appointments as we have to go pretty far for ours and it's exhausting. Hoping i have some left to freeze also.
Hey, it's ok, You've done it! Time flies even when it doesn't feel that way. Good luck for tomorrow and the months to follow & I hope you have embryos to freeze too ✨✨
