It is my first time in this community and after reading how supportive this group is, I wanted to join for support and to support others!
Me and my husband are just about to start IUI treatment. Anxiety is building and I was wondering if anybody has any tips to getting through it all? I feel myself just counting down the days between each follicle scan let alone the two week wait!
My best friend is 8 months pregnant and I have planned her baby shower through this first cycle :/. Not exactly ideal to distract yourself in the TWW. Any help for a lady who works 12 hour shifts 5 days a week.

Hello - are you doing anything medicated or just natural based on your ovulation?
I have had quite a few IUIs. The one that worked I had stopped thinking about it and got on with life as usual. Hard advice to hear but it was my 4th go that was a success so by that stage I thought it just wasn't going to work.
Hope it all goes well for you & you've the support around you.
The clinic/ nurse should explain the timeline for your IUI cycle step by step Just make sure each time you leave the clinic you understand fully what your next step is - if unsure just query it This a stressful time take a look at our website fertilitynetworkuk.org - Access Support for details of Regional Support Grps
