Anyone in their two week wait, we had an embryo transfer on the 13th March - it’s a nerve wracking time. Trying to keep busy 👶🍼👶 xxx

hello!

Yes I am! Transferred my only embryo on the 5th and feel like I’m going mad! I had 3 days off but then have been at work since. This is my third transfer, last 2 were frozen this is my first fresh transfer. Official test day is Monday but the clinic said that we can test the day before as it’s my husbands grandmothers funeral that day and think it would be a bit much in one day if it’s bad news 😞

I’m in my TWW too. Transfer was on the 3rd March so tomorrow is my OTD. It has been a long two weeks but being on here and knowing others are on the journey too has helped.

Me too! OTD is tomorrow 😬 following my transfer that was on 7th March. Very nerve wracking! I’ve had a little bit of nausea these past couple of days and it’s got my hopes up, but then know it’s probably just the meds so trying to ensure I have realistic optimism for tomorrow. Fingers crossed for us all! x

The symptom spotting is driving me mad, even though I remember having all the symptoms I’m having from the progesterone last time when it didn’t work. Have had night sweats for the last week which is what I get before I’m due on my period so have been freaking out, also felt period type pains this morning, the day I’m due on, so am not feeling too positive 😞 my boobs are a bit sore and having vivid dreams but think I also had these last time. It’s so unfair that the drugs give you pregnancy like symptoms, as if this process doesn’t screw with our minds enough!!

I had my FET done on Monday and tested feeling like there was no hope. I had all the pms signs and then saw the faintest line this am. Trying not to get too excited as might not work of course.

I’m in my 2ww, test on 26th. Trying to keep calm and busy without reading into anything. No symptoms apart from slightly more hungry but that’s all the meds I’m on.

hi everyone…. Sending you all the best. Ours was on the 14 of March as well! However, we are using a surrogate. We transferred 1 5 day 3AB normal male. I’m a nervous wreck because she got her toes done on the same day… I read after the fact that she probably shouldn’t have! So all we can do it wait! Sending everyone the best of luck.

Yes in 2WW and absolutely overthinking all the time! Transfer 6th March, I found the first part flew, test is Monday and this weekend I am well and truly annoying myself. Have been testing but still so anxious.

I’m also in the 2ww following the transfer of our last frostie! I had a fresh transfer in October 2022 which was unsuccessful. Had a 5day, FET on 7.3.24. I did a test 7dpt which was negative and also did a cheap test this afternoon (4th pee of the day 🙈) needless to say, also negative!

I would try not to test early! It hasn’t done me any favours. Best of luck to you, sending baby dust 🧚 x

So tested today… and it’s positive!!! Still in massive shock, we have been trying to conceive for almost 6 years, I just can’t believe it!

I had my FET (double frozen) on the 13th March too!!! It's becoming worse with each day that passes, symptom spotting etc I'm keeping myself busy but each time I try relax my mind is just consumed with has it/ hasn't it worked... Good luck with your journey honestly we really don't have it easy!!!x

I am also in my 2WW and have my blood test on the 21st. Unfortunately today I did a pregnancy test day 7 of FET and came out negative. I was so upset. Is there still hope?

Try to hang on to hope 🤞7DP is early and there’s still time for a BFP. I also got a negative on 7DP so hoping for a better outcome on OTD 20th. Not holding out much hope, but it’s not over until it’s over. Good luck, wishing you and us all, a BFP! xx

Awww I know. I really do hope you get a positive. My nerves have been shot all week! This is our last embryo too and I don’t think I’ll be doing more IVF. The nurse did say we could test on 19th but the paperwork states 20th. Now trying to decide which date is best to test.. 🙈 shall keep you updated. Please let us know how you get on. I’ve had all sorts. Tender breasts and painful nipples since starting meds and even before transfer! cramps on and off since 3DP and a sharp shooting pain on two occasions when I cough. Also fatigue, bloating and very slight nusea. Problem is, I’m confident it’s the side effects of the meds!! I’m on 3 x 400mg pesseries a day, plus 6 x 2mg estradiol (3 orally, 3 vaginaly) my lining is thin 🙈 How about you?

I have had a very weird feeling of pulling on my left side of the lower abdomen the day after FET so far. More frequent urine (probably because drinking more water) and sometimes I feel twinges where my pulling sensation is. I do not know whether this is because of the progesterone pessaries or it's a sign (I hope). I had sometimes headaches and felt sick one night. I am on 4 x 2mg estradiol tablets, 3 x 400mg cyclogest pessaries, 1 lubion (progesterone) injection and 1 tinzaparin (blood thinner) injection. I have also used embryo glue for the transfer.

It’s amazing how we feel every twinge and pull in so much detail isn’t it.. I’ve never paid my body so much attention! It’s difficult to establish what symptoms could be pregnancy related vs the meds! We’re both on a fair amount of medication. I’ve read before about people using embryo glue! I hope that works for you 🤞I wasn’t offered this. We haven't got long to wait now. I’ll let you know if I test tomorrow 😊 keep us updated xx

The embryo glue is an add on and very pricey. I paid 360£ for it just because it was my first and final embryo, and our diagnosis relates to male infertility therefore not very easy to restart everything again in case this round is unsuccesfull. I’ve tested this morning because I woke up and couldn’t get back to sleep. It’s a BFN for me unfortunately. I’m not surprised but naturally disappointed. Time to start evaluating our next steps…

I did my test today, 11 days after 5dt and it is positive!! I can’t believe it!! Really thought it would never happen!! I had started to spot the last 5 days so thought something was going on!
