I am in day two of my 2WW 2 2pn transferred on day 3.
I did a natural cycle FET and have only been advised to take one cyclogest 400mg at night.
My sleep has been rubbish and I wonder if anyone has any tips as I know how important good sleep is and want to do everything I can to give them their best chance.
This is my first 2WW and it has been so hard to get this far (nearly 2 years since ivf) so I know anxiety is likely to be a big part of the problem. I am still in shock I have finally managed to make it this far.

The TWW is really hard. I am an early tester because I find it too difficult and then that brings its own issues. I found work was a helpful distraction for me and otherwise just tried to carry on as normal. I wouldn't worry about the sleep - it would be ideal if you were getting regular good sleep just in terms of how much better it can make you feel but I doubt it has any impact on success or not. It never has with me - one 2WW (that was successful) I was incredibly busy at work, also renovating a house and doing a few all-nighters. Another one where I rested a bit more was a BFP, but ended early. For me, very little makes a difference to the outcome and I think it's more down to the quality of the embryos, your hormones and the physical environment of your womb. So long walks, getting outside, exercise (if you do normally) and some nice distracting activities are great if you can and want to do them, I find minfulness apps with audio sessions for sleep/anxiety/windo down are also really good when I can't sleep or my mind won't turn off. But try not to stress over the stress itself as it becomes a circle and ultimately it's unlikely to have an impact - just let your body do what it needs to, and accept it's mainly out of your hands x
