May be due to the actual procedure as this can cause mild cramps. Your cervix etc is not "happy" with being disturbed Should settle in a day or two - take some paracetamol If it does not settle please get in touch with your clinic for advice Also meds can make you feel a bit bloated - drink plenty of fluids and again if it the discomfort increases let your clinic know
