Hi everyone, my sister is 1 week post transfer and is feeling unwell for the past couple of days. Has blood pressure 140/90 and pulse 90. Anyone experienced this?

My blood pressure was through the roof at every appointment and I’m usually fit & healthy. I think it was down to the stress of it all. After a failed cycle I went to get it checked (on their recommendation) and it was perfect again. The process is such a stressful one so it could definitely be having an impact on her BP x

You’re welcome, it’s a worrying and stressful time for everyone. I’m hoping my FET is less stressful with not having all the injections to do! Good luck to your sister 🤞🏼x

Hers was FET as she has been hiperstimulated in her fresh cycle. X

I was hyperstimulated in my fresh cycle too but it went ahead regardless. I think that’s why it failed. Fingers crossed for next time x

Hi, I got pregnant naturally (unfortunately it was suspected ectopic but was resolved naturally), but the first things that gave pregnancy away (one week before period was due) was an increased pulse and HRV (heart rate variability). My oura ring reported increased stress in body. I did some research around it and it seems to be common for some people bp goes up (and the increase isn't related to the miscarriage/ectopic). My blood pressure is usually very low but also increased slightly. If she feels very unwell she should probably check with the GP.
