I’m wondering if anyone can tell me what kind of rough timeline I might be working with for my frozen transfer. I was on Norethisterone for two weeks and am due to hopefully have my day 1-3 scan this coming week. Does anyone know how far out I might be from my next transfer if all goes to plan? I’m also on syranel at the moment and have about 6 days left of that I think. I assume the next step is to prep my uterine lining for transfer? I haven’t done a frozen transfer before so I am not sure what to expect but it would be nice to know what has happened for others on a similar protocol. X

Typical frozen transfer timeline
Hello. I haven't had the same prep but I usually start estrogen tablets on day 1 of my natural cycle. Around day 10-12 I'll have a scan and if all well I'll start progesterone and have a day 5 transfer 5-7 days after that (depending on clinic availability). So if I was starting my cycle this week (which I'm meant to be, so keep in touch!) I'd expect to transfer week of 19th Feb, possibly slipping to the next week. Hope that helps. The frozen cycles are much less involved/stressful than a cycle with stims in my experience. I hope you find that too! x
Thanks for sharing and best of luck for your transfer this month! I think I will have roughly a 2-3 week gap between my scan and my transfer based on the info I have. I’m just waiting for my period to come at the moment, it’s on the way but not kicked in yet.
Yes, I'm in exactly the same place! I've also done a test just to confirm I'm not pregnant before I start wishing for AF to appear 🤣 Good luck to you too! x
It’s funny how much you don’t want AF to arrive when you think there’s a chance you’re pregnant but you’re desperate for her appearance when you’re about to start IVF. I have my scan provisionally booked for Tuesday and they won’t do it if AF isn’t in full force. It will be this week though. I just have low patience and my period always takes its sweet time 🙄
