3 day frozen embryo vs 5 day

So far we had 5 day frozen embryos without success and the new clinic that we want to start treatment is making 3 day embryo transfers claiming that it achieves more success. What is your experience?

Hi Gabriel. When I first started in fertility, we only did 3 day transfers, as we didn’t fully have the expertise to grow embryos on to 5 day blastocysts. We had around 30% success rates. That’s all I can say. Good luck with whatever you decide. Diane

This depends on the clinic's experience. I highly recommend watching experts from top fertility clinics explain their approach: fertially.com/q/embryo-tran... Hope this helps. All the best.
