In 4 week 2 days hcg 2600

Hi everyone my hcg in week 4 2 d was 2618 after 48h become 6870

I make ultrasound seen a sac (singleton pregnancy) but nothing inside it.

the doctor ask me to repeat ultrasound after 2 weeks. Gs in ultrasound show 5 w 5 days but when make the ultrasound its 4 w 5 days.

any body have any idea about that hcg why become hi like this.

I use before Ozempic 0.5 mg to reduce my weight before I know I am pregnant.

Hi lovely, sorry you're going through this. I think you need your blood tests repeated to see what your hcg is doing.

hi are you saying your sac is measuring bigger than your dates if going my last period by a week? Was this IVF or natural conception? If natural that can be okay as the last period is just a bit of a guess as to when you ovulated and conceived but even if IVF then a mm or 2 out in scan measures can make the difference here. Your HCG seems fine, doubling well, and too early to see much in a scan other than the sac so the doctors saying return again in 2 weeks seems the most sensible thing to do as by then you should be nearly 7 weeks or just over and that scan will tell you a lot more.
