ovulation induction meds

Hi Everyone,

so I know no one here can tell me what defintely may come next, but I’m looking for any opinions or especially any similar experiences because I’m losing my mind😞💔

so long story short- I have pcos. Irregular and prolonged bleeding.

conceived our daughter in 2020 after ovulation drilling and 3 rounds of clomid

just had 2 rounds of clomid (it makes me ovulate but I start spotting 3/4 days after ovulation which lasts until my period) so they decided to try letrozole. (7.5mg).

but yet again 3 days after peak ovulation test (bloods this coming week to confirm, but I had my usual pains etc so I’m 99.9% I ovulated) I’m spotting again…

no one so far can seem to tell me why.

Whether this effectively stops my chances of becoming pregnant??? (I’m presuming it does)

and what could be next??

I don’t even know?! Do people think they’d suggest ivf, or is there something we could explore first?

im terrified of what’s to come and like many others it’s all consuming and im just longing for this to work!!

Any advice greatly appreciated because as it always does, its happened on the weekend when i can’t ring the clinic🙈 so this was my go to before Monday comes…
