IVF clinics specialising for women over 40 in Europe and UK

I am looking for suggestions for any clinics which specialises in IVf treatment for women over 40 and have decent success rate in terms of live birth.

Hi Shwet. Im not sure if i can comment yet but just posted something about going abroad too.

Few years away from 40 but age is really a number because my embryos are not of a great quality.

I chose to go to turkey (hopefuly later this month) i did this as i read alot about this doctor who deals with patients directly. I was tiered of the red tape and clinics always being so slow in reacting and taking actions.

Will it be a success? Probably not as i tried 7 transfers to get my son but its not hapening naturally anyway so feel like i need to at least try it.

So that was my main reason to go ahead with the clinic and the affordability factor ofcourse.

Thank you! I agree; a lot of time is wasted in trying to find answers post failed transfers. Time does not wait for anyone..

I am 43 and I am using a clinic in Alicante, IVF Life Alicante. I’d highly recommend them. I am currently 6 weeks pregnant. They have been fabulous. I had a procedure to thicken my endometrial lining which has helped me and keep a close eye on your progesterone level, something a uk clinic doesn’t do as standard!!

Can you share what procedure you had to thicken your lining, a friend of mine is struggling with her lining. Did your clinic do it?

Yeah clinic did it. I had a hysteroscopy , they took lots of blood then isolated the platelets and then injected them back into my lining during two instillations. It’s a regenerative procedure!

It’s not a procedure the collaboration clinic in the uk does. I used a clinic in Spain who collaborates with the uk. The procedure was done in Spain.
