pain in uterus and left ovary side

hi all I had three month ago failed ivf cycle. One and half month ago failed embryo transfer mean that cycle was totally failed.But from yesterday night i suddenly having pain in uterus and left ovary like feeling difficult to walk comfortably or climb up stairs. I had last period on 27 September I mean 27 September was the first day. Any advice please.

Could be due to the after effects of medication - but maybe you should get in touch with clinic/GP for advice . Be sure to drink plenty of fluids so not to become constipated Hope it settles down soon

Possibly ovulation pain? Best to speak with your doctor anyway x

I had the same exact pain happen to me. After extensive tests and imaging, and even a colonoscopy to rule out anything gastro related, it was determined that a small uterine fibroid that I had grew due to the estrogen meds given for the embryo transfer. Very frustrating as it never gave me a problem before. Something to look into.
