That's quite precise symptoms I would say. It could be a number of things and I guess you want to put your mind at ease.. If your under going ivf you should speak to your ivf Dr or speak to a GP

Hi, I had these symptoms when I developed a cyst on one ovary during a previous cycle. It felt like a heavy, dull ache on one side which sometimes went down that leg too. I’m not sure which protocol you’re following but you may just be ovulating. If it persists, I would speak to your clinic. They may be able to offer you an earlier scan to give you peace of mind x

Thank you for your reply . I just had scan one month ago to start my second ivf cycle. But okay I will ask them again to scan before to start my ivf medicine.

Ask your Dr for active vitamin B12 ,as serum is inaccurate, homocysteine, iron, folate, vit D levels. A vit b12 deficiency can cause infertility in male & female, miscarriages, blood clots & foetal abnormalities ,

I had pain on my left side and it went down my leg too for months! The GP said it was IBS 🙄 even though I didn't have IBS symptoms. The pain was constant and got worse during my period. A year later when going through infertility checks up with the private doctor I was told that I needed a laparoscopy as my uterus was stuck to ovaries. He found I had stage 3 endometriosis! Again other than pain I had no symptoms. I'm just over a year post surgery and I still get the pain ever so often. 😞
