Zymot and PICSI

Hello,

I believe this has been asked before but there hasn't been much response so hopefully maybe more might have incite or tips as time as gone by?

Do you have experiences using Zymot or PICSI?

Or even one thought, using both? Putting the sperm through the Zymot maze and then putting the sperm in the hyaluronic acid PICSI dish to see if any sperm attached and there for should be 'super' sperm?

This year I have had 6 egg collection used sugrically removed sperm and had no blasts.

Then tried Zymot with ejactulated, one collection and got one blast, but that was negative last month.

I get 3 eggs per collection fyi

Need to think of something new.

You certainly have thrown everything into the mix ! Hope you get a few replies to your post that help you with your future treatment Make sur you have people around you for support

I can’t comment on both but we used Zymot - my clinic said PICSI doesn’t have the evidence behind it but Zymot is proving very successful.

We had a good fertilisation rate both times which I think is a good sign.

We had two failed FETs with it but then found out I had more stuff going on that I needed help with and now 16 weeks with my 3rd FET.

We think Zymot helped us massively but obviously can’t say for sure.
