Endo adeno and FET Tips

Looking for and tips and advice please. I'm 37 have stage 4 endo and adeno plus heart shaped womb. Had a laparoscopy with excision in May and currently on 2nd round of ivf . Im getting ready to do FET and really struggling to stay positive. Is there anything I can do to prepare my womb lining particulalry with adeno? Are there success stories? Would love to hear if so. I do worry all these medications are making my endo worse and could be very detrimental to my long term health.

Hi didn’t want to read and run, in a similar position but not found what works for me yet, so no advice sadly but really hope this next transfer works for you. I also feel all the IVF treatment hormones flare my endo. What sort of FET are you doing? I’ve found natural or natural modified better for not flaring the endo vs medicated/HRT FET cycle. Some people use down regulation and prednisolone as well.

Thank you so much for taking the time to repond. I'll be doing long protocol which is 6 weeks with buserelin and has to be FET for genetic testing reasons otherwise would definitely prefer natural cycle. I've heard other people doing a lot longer with down reg so I might ask for if this time doesnt work out. I was at a&e last week with unexplained intense ovary pain which is a bit worrying but waiting for an ultrasound back at gynae. Wishing you success with your journey xx

Hi Apricotree. Well you seem to have had some preparation which is good to hear. You could ask about blood thinners to ensure no clot formation occurs and keeps circulation good. Pineapple core apparently has the same effect. Plenty of good sleep and lots of water to drink. Good luck. Diane
