12dp3dt negative test and horrible pains like I am getting my period despite being on progesterone shots. Is there any hope?

I am doing this all solo, so feeling very isolated at the moment.

I have been having cramps since the transfer. A few days were less, but pretty much every day and then yesterday (11dp3dt) they were horrible, felt nauseous and so uncomfortable.

I tested yesterday with Clearblue Ultra Early at 5pm, negative. Tested this morning at 3.45am (because I keep waking up), negative. No faint line, just nothing.

My doctor says to wait two more days and try again, but is there any hope? I have this dull pain just below my belly button pretty much all the time, but don't know if it is a reaction to my injections. I am on Clexane and Prolutex (progestrone).

I am 42, and first round had no eggs at all, and this round only one made it to transfer.

so sorry to hear it’s negative 😢 the progesterone can really upset the tummy and cause cramps sometimes. I hope you have support around you be kind to yourself xx
