So yesterday I had my egg retrieval and managed to get 7 eggs ( last time was 5) however just received the call to say only 2 have actually fertilised. That's one helluva drop in 24 hours. So now keeping my fingers crossed that they continue growing, survive Saturdays 3 days call and make it to blastocyst stage for Monday.
Deeply upset as this is my last go on the NHS as can't afford to do it privately, so really need this to work!!

I'm so sorry. It's so unpredictable. My first round only 2/4 eggs fertilized and every day of waiting was agony, I couldn't concentrate on anything. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you too!
I had 2 out of 9 fertilise once. I was absolutely gutted. Thankfully both made it to day 5 so there is still hope.

So thought I'd give a little update.... I've had 2 embryos transferred today, one is developing a little slower than the other but its still growing so that's main thing... now gotta wait til the 30th to find out if theyve worked or not! Keeping everything crossed!

I had 2 of 6 fertilise and I was pretty upset too. But both made it to blast and I’ve had one transferred and one frozen. Just have everything crossed for a positive result.
I have to wait till 1st for my test and I had transfer on Saturday of 5 day blast.

Sadly mine didn't work.... and now not sure if I will qualify for a 3rd attempt as my birthday next month and I reach 40.... so having to come to terms with fact I may never be a mum
