food enquiry during pregnancy

Hi everyone! Does anyone know if your allowed to eat sauerkraut or fish fingers during pregnancy? It says all sorts of different stuff online and I don't know what to believe xx

Go on My Hub with the 9 Dots. Search for pregnancy after fertility and the group should come up, you just need to join that group and start posting. It's got some of the same members as you would find here

Hi Asha. I would think sauerkraut would be fine as it is pickled. Fish fingers I feel would be fine. If you are pregnant do you want to hop over to the pregnancy forum that follow s on from this one? Diane
