Period or pregnancy ??

Hi All , I have stage4 endometriosis and adenomyosis and got laparoscopy surgery 1.5 yr back and recently I got my CA125 level and the results is 83 ( I got this blood test in the morning and got my period by evening . So ,I'm confused about my results and I'm waiting for ultrasound scan to be scheduled by my GP)and 3days back I got my period normal 26 day cycle but it's just light spotting and I'm tensed my actual period didn't start and I don't know if should test if I'm pregnant ??I'm getting light stomach pain and lower back pain and I'm applying hot water bag for my pain . So , can anyone suggest me if I can take a pregnancy test tomorrow??

hello, if you got a light bleed 3 days ago then you should test positive by now via a urine test. All the best of luck xx

Good luck! It might be a good idea to be cautious with the hot water bag just in case you are pregnant.

Hi! I hope you are doing ok. I was just wondering if your endometriosis was ever visible on ultrasound scans? I’m currently being worked up but so far scans have been clear. I understand sometimes it doesn’t show up but I am hesitant on laparoscopy

Hi , thanks for the reply I had an MRI prior to my laparoscopy surgery 1.5yr ago and I heard the radiologist or sonographer should be an expert in endometriosis so that they can perform the scan in special way . I'm uncomfortable with ultrasound scans so my Dr recommended MRI scan and Endo was visible .
