Accupressure mat during IVF cycle - safe?

Hi all,

I've been using an accupressure mat for the last month before bed and have found it really helpful for relaxing me and helping with sleep.

I will be due to start my Mild IVF cycle soon and wondered if it would be safe to use throughout the cycle? Was thinking when I lay down after doing pessaries it could be a good chance to do it, also forces me to stay still which I would struggle with if not tired 😂

One mat I was looking to buy said not to be used during pregnancy. on that basis maybe you shouldn't be using it after transfer? But better check with your clinic for sure.

I never even thought of checking if it was ok ! I used it during both my embryo batching cycles and collections went well. Did not use it during the FETs as I forgot I had it x

I think I assumed it would be okay as see lots of people having accupuncture but then was thinking it's not quite the same so glad I checked. Will be packed away.
