Test on Day 12 or Day 14

Hi

What day do people test? Online it mentions that the test should be done in 2 weeks but I was advised to do the test on day 12.

Hi Sabrina, I have seen different clinic advice differently. It also depends if it was a day 3 blastocyst or day 5 blastocyst. My clinic protocol was day 14, but I think 12 is pretty reliable as well. X

Hi Habibi

Thank you for your reply. It was a day 5 blastocyst. I got a bfn today on day 12, it’s just hard to accept. We’ve tried everything on this 5th transfer except genetic testing as I didn’t have many embryos.
