Hi all,

Which vitamins/ supplements do who recommend for women? I cannot find a brand that have all in one as doctor recommends these ones:

DHEA - 25 mg / 8hrs and Co-E Q10 - 200 mg / 8 hrs

Thanks for your support!

I don’t know where you’re based, but in the UK, DHEA is only available on prescription. I bought COQ10 200 mg (in ubiquinol form) from Amazon.

I am london based and what I find is the need to buy multiple pills instead of one that fits all.

I have recently started taking Ovum supplements, but I do top up with extra ubiquinol (it contains 200mg) and omega 3. But it does contain a lot of the other supplements listed in it starts with the egg… I don’t think there is one that includes everything I’m afraid.

Hi! Our clinic recommended Proxeed (they have a version for both women and men). I supplemented this with ubiquinol, Vitamin D spray and probiotics. Good luck on your journey!

Hi I got my coenzyme q10 from ebay as it was a lot cheaper than any of the health food shops.

You can buy DHEA also online in the UK. Micronised one is better

I've never seen a product containing both DHEA and COQ10, I think you need to buy them individually. Also, recommended daily doses of COQ10 for fertility are generally higher than the quantity found in any multivitamins. I'm taking 500mg/day. Yes eBay is a great place to find supplements cheaper if you know which brand/product you're after.
