Has anyone had this? What did you get out of it? Was it a helpful addition to your IVF or just another cost racking up?

I had it done with a test kit I ordered online. Very easy and straightforward forward, compared to all the other things go through. Mine was all clear. So no, it hasn't added anything to my treatment apart from more money. About £200 if I remember correctly. It was very thorough and tested for a lot of things. It wasn't suggested by a doctor I decided to have it done so I was "doing something".

I did it directly - well worth it, highlighted an infection I didn’t know I had.

Thanks for your replies. I decided to go for it particularly as I have a history of thrush and Strep B. My husband’s urologist thought it might be well worth it given our history and repeated implantation failures.

hey! Did you have any luck following the microbiome test? I’ve had a miscarriage & 3 failed transfers so hoping this test gives me some answers!
