Tiredness and headaches after having ovaleap

I’m currently on my first cycle of ivf, on the 2nd stage now where I’m taking ovaleap and also buserelin. Has anyone ever experience tiredness or headaches when you have gotten to this stage?

Hi Melsimcock30 i too am on my first cycle of IVF and day 5 of ovaleap and yes i have had headaches and fatigue. Think its typical side effects, i used ovaleap at the beginning of the year when we tried IUI, which failed and i had same symptoms. I'm not sure about buserelin as I've not used this before.

Yes I am too on day 5 of ovaleap. The buserelin is the medication is what u start taking first before taking the ovaleap. I just have headache and tiredness at the moment. Thankfully nothing else apart from that. I’m taking folic acid to try improve my chances of this working first time.

Ah I see, I'm on a different protocol to yours then as I've only been taking ovaleap but this evening started fyremadel, that was memorable 😖.

I'm taking folic acid too and started acupuncture about a month ago. Its been amazing, really improved my sleep which has been a massive help.

Hi lovely, I took Buserelin for my frozen cycle and I am sure the headaches didn’t kick straight away so was surprised when they started. Thankfully mine didn’t last too long and I do remember having an odd afternoon nap whilst I was on it. I haven’t had ovaleap though. Good luck for your round xxx

Thank you. Just hope it works first time. All my tests and scans that I have had so far are all positive so fingers crossed

I took Ovaleap on my 1st cycle (will be taking it again next cycle) and had terrible headaches from about the 4th day. Its not pleasant but totally normal side effect. I found drinking lots of water and resting when I could helped.
