Hi All, Is there anyone from Homerton Hospital, Hackney? I would like to check after failed FET cycle, how long should I wait for the next cycle? What is the hospital procedure? What is the waiting time? Any experience? I am a bit concerned about when my next FET cycle will be.

hi I’ve been under them for a few years. First failed was about a month after, second a bit longer. Just email them and they will let you know. I know at the moment there is a longer wait for appointments but you can check for cancellations. I had long waits in between cycle 18 months but not sure how it is now so don’t want to worry you! Good luck! And I’m really sorry your FET was unsuccessful xx

Hi, I was with them for about 5 years, last treatment was Sept 2022. They have almost always got me in for a follow up 6 weeks after a negative test and I’ve been able to start meds on my next cycle. I know they had a huge problem with waiting times a while ago because of a lab staff shortage, but my understanding was that as long as you have embryos on ice they’re able to start you fairly quickly now. If you’d be starting a new stim cycle the wait is considerably longer. Hope you don’t have to wait too long and I’m sorry about your failed FET xx
